2025-2 외국인 기숙사 입사 안내

 

 

2025-2 외국인 기숙사를 신청하신 학생들은 첨부의 명단을 확인 후, 기한 내 입사를 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

(방은 현장에서 배정 예정, 입사 당일 기숙사비 납부)

 

 

1. 입사기간(신입생/재학생): 2025. 08.20(수). ~ 09.12(금)

 

※ 입사 가능 시간: 09:00~17:00 (점심시간(12:00~13:00) 제외), 주말 제외

 

 2. 장소: 세종대학교 새날관 행복기숙사 101B호

 

 3. 필요서류

 

- 여권

- 한국에서 발행된 건강진단서 또는 본국에서 발행된 영문 건강진단서

(2025년 7월 이후 발급된 B형간염검사 음성결과서, 결핵검사 음성결과서, 홍역항체검사서)

 

* 홍역 항체 검사 결과 항체가 없을 경우, 최소 1회의 홍역 예방접종 이후 홍역 예방접종 증명서 제출 필수

 

4. 기숙사는 선착순으로 배정되며, 입사기간 중이라도 기숙사 배정이 마감되는 경우 더 이상의 기숙사 배정은 불가합니다.

 

5. 기숙사 배정 마감시 별도의 공지 예정입니다.

Dormitory Announcement for Fall 2025

 

 Please find attached list of applicants and proceed with the move-in within the deadline.

 

(Rooms will be assigned on site, pay dormitory fee on the move-in date)

 

 

1. Move-in period (Undergrad/Grad): Aug 20, 2025 ~ September 12, 2025

 

※ Time: 09:00~17:00 (except lunch time 12:00~13:00); Weekdays only

 

2. Location: Saenal-gwan Happy Dormitory Room 101B, Sejong University

 

3. Required Documents:

 

- Passport

- Health Certificate issued in Korea or an English Health Certificate issued in your home country

(Issued after July 2025, including negative test results for Hepatitis B, negative test result for Tuberculosis, and Measles antibody test)

* If you do not have measles antibodies, you must receive at least one measles vaccination and submit a measles vaccination certificate.

 

4. Dormitory rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Even within the move-in period, if all rooms are assigned, no further room assignments will be made.

 

5. A separate notice will be provided when dormitory assignments are closed.
